Virtual Forestry Museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina

In order to raise public awareness on the importance of forests and forestry, professor Sead Vojnikovic created the Virtual Forestry Museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The goal is to preserve the two-dimensional artefacts related to forests and forestry, witnessing to its enduring significance for the economy and nature of Bosnia and Herzegovina. In its first phase of development, the Virtual Museum consists of the collections of forestry maps and plans, educational material, publications on nature, narrow-gauge railway presentations and photographs.

The plan is to expand the Museum with collections on hunting, presentations of notable personalities in forestry and 3D photos. For this reason, all interested persons are invited to send artifacts (old photographs, documents, lectures or exercise notebooks, maps etc.) either scanned or photographed to svojnikovic70@gmail.com or bring them personally to prof. Vojnikovic at Forestry Faculty in Sarajevo for scanning.
